Johanna Puetz

Johanna is a Managing Director & Partner at BCG based in Berlin, Germany. She has been with BCG for 15 years and leads BCG's Climate & Sustainability business in Central Europe. She works with clients in the industrial and automotive sectors to decarbonize their businesses while increasing competitiveness. Johanna holds a PhD in Innovation Economics & Energy/Climate Policy from Wuppertal Climate Institute. Prior to joining BCG, she completed an MSc degree in International Management at London School of Economics & HEC Paris, and a BA degree in European Studies at Maastricht University.
