Dr. Jennifer Dahmen-Adkins

Jennifer Dahmen-Adkins is a senior researcher at the Chair of Technology and Organisation at the Institute of Sociology, RWTH Aachen University. Her research focuses on gender and intersectionality studies as well as higher education and organisation research, with a strong emphasis on linking theory and practice. She has participated in several EU-funded research and implementation projects addressing gender imbalances in science and research, especially in STEM fields. She is also active in science communication and knowledge transfer, with a commitment to promoting diversity and equal opportunities in academic and professional contexts and developing practical solutions to structural inequalities.
