Ivana is a physician-executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance, including deep experience operating within Organon in its post-spin environment. At the center of this work is a consistent commitment: patients deserve medicines and safety systems they can trust, and that trust has to be earned every day through rigor, transparency, and care.

As VP, Chief Safety Officer and Head of Global Pharmacovigilance, she led a transformation of the global PV organization, simplifying the quality system and clarifying the operating model, proving that discipline and compassion for the people doing the work can coexist with meaningful transformation.

Ivana's regulatory leadership has spanned 147 markets, working closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Quality, and Safety colleagues to ensure compliant, patient-centered execution across diverse health systems. Earlier, at Novartis, Ivana governed established brands strategy across a portfolio of more than 250 brands, with a focus on lifecycle evidence that protects patient benefit over time.

Ivana has also led new value creation end-to-end, from strategy through approval and launch, including the approval of novel rare disease treatments and lifecycle strategies that advanced into new INDs.

Throughout her career, Ivana has maintained a particular focus on advancing women's health, believing that closing longstanding gaps in research, access, and representation for women is not a side project, but a core measure of whether a health system is truly serving everyone equitably.
