Isabella Fiorello

Isabella Fiorello is an Assistant Professor at Imperial College London, where she leads the Hybrid Nature Lab. She holds a PhD in Biorobotics from Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and the Italian Institute of Technology. Her research combines biology, materials science and robotics to develop bio-inspired hybrid machines for exploring, protecting and restoring ecosystems. She is a National Geographic Explorer, a Fulbright Scholar at Caltech, and the winner of Falling Walls Lab Milan.
