Dr. Hong He, PhD student in Physics in FSU 1987-1990; Postdoc in Oxfort 1991-1994; research scientist in Beijing Space Medical Engineering 1995-2000; director for international cooperation in the Beijing Municipal Government 2000.08-2003.12; since 2004.01he has been working as the chief representative for Helmholtz Association of National Research Centers.
