Hedda Weber

Hedda Weber is part of the Science & Education Team at the Bayer Foundation and is passionate about empowering individuals in their scientific career development. After a brief period working in cardiovascular research at the University Hospital Cologne, she joined the Bayer Foundation, where she discovered her enthusiasm for supporting researchers and fostering scientific talent.

Since February 2024, Hedda has been contributing to the Foundation’s diverse program portfolio, including the Fellowship Program, STEM education initiatives, and other projects that promote scientific advancement and education.

She holds a BSc in Biochemistry and is currently pursuing an MSc in Scientific Management.
