Frankline Ojiambo is CEO & Founder of Franky’s Foundation, empowering communities through e-waste education and green job creation. An award-winning entrepreneur (Entrepreneurship World Cup Kenya 2021, Stories of Change Competition 2022) and climate advocate, he has trained 1,000+ youth and women in e-waste repair and educated 10,000+ on disposal. In October 2023, he was honoured as a National Hero by Kenya’s President for his contributions to climate action and philanthropy.

Franky's Foundation addresses two key issues in Nairobi, Kenya: electronic waste management and youth and women unemployment. Their 6-week programme trains individuals in e-waste repair, creating green jobs, and tackling climate change by diverting e-waste from landfills and reducing methane emissions. Their e-waste education and training positively impact the environment by teaching repair, refurbishment, and resale of electronics, thus reducing landfill waste and mitigating health risks.
