Esmeraldha Vega

Esmeraldha Vega is a student at the Specialized University of the Americas and a junior researcher for the Student Network for the Development of Food and Nutritional Security. Currently interning at Sprout AI, she is developing a project comparing the quality of aeroponic strawberries with traditional methods. Her research aims to enhance food security globally and ensure that more people have access to adequate, nutritious, and sustainable food.
