Eltonjohn Dsouza

Eltonjohn Dsouza is a deeptech investor at Redstone VC, backing early-stage founders building foundational and breakthrough technologies across AI, photonics, semiconductors, cybersecurity, next-generation compute, etc.

He began his career developing technology at university during his mechanical engineering studies in India, before moving on to scaling industrial ventures and pursuing his MSc. in Management. He later joined Roland Berger's Advanced Tech Center, working at the intersection of strategy and emerging technology. Alongside his investing work, Eltonjohn advises and mentors deeptech founders through accelerators and early-stage programmes.
