Elaine Chew is Professor of Engineering at King’s College London. Born in Buffalo NY and raised in Singapore, Elaine studied piano (FTCL), music & computational maths (BAS Stanford) and operations research (SM, PhD MIT). Founder of the Music Theranostics Lab, she combines music information research and cardiology to advance music based digital therapeutics & precision diagnostics in cardiovascular medicine. Her work has been recognised by the ERC (COSMOS), PECASE, NSF CAREER, (Harvard) Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study.
