Dolores Volkert

Dolores Volkert leads the EIT Higher Education Initiative, advancing innovation in Europe’s universities. A lawyer by training, she has worked at the intersection of technology transfer, science policy and start-up support – from shaping international science-policy dialogue at the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina to heading the Technical University of Munich’s office in Silicon Valley. Based in Berlin, she is committed to building sustainable networks and partnerships that strengthen higher education and innovation ecosystems.
