Dietmar Harhoff

Dietmar Harhoff is Director at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at LMU Munich. His research spans innovation, intellectual property, and economic policy. He chaired Germany's Expert Commission on Research and Innovation (EFI) for twelve years and led the commission that established SPRIND, Germany's Agency for Disruptive Innovation. He currently serves as a member of the Federal Chancellor's Strategy Group for Technology and Innovation.
