Diamens is developing a self-sampling diagnostic test that uses menstrual blood to detect endometriosis within 5 days, transforming a material often treated as waste into a minimally invasive, self-determined sample taken at the same point in each cycle and close to the origin of many gynecological diseases. The test aims to replace predominantly surgical diagnosis and dramatically shorten the average 7‑year diagnostic delay, during which one in ten women may live with severe menstrual pain or infertility without understanding the cause.
