Davide Scandella

Davide is a PhD student in AI for medical imaging at the ARTORG Center, University of Bern. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master's degree in fluid dynamics, and two Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS) in AI and Data Science. Drawing on years of industrial experience in hardware and software development, he developed the optical device for this project from end to end, leveraging AI to enable faster and more accurate intraoperative cancer detection.
