Daniela Koleva

Daniela Koleva is professor of oral history and memory studies at the Department for History and Theory of Culture, Sofia University, academic associate of the Centre for Advanced Study, Sofia and member of the Academic Board of New Europe College, Bucharest. Her research interests are in the fields of oral history and anthropology of socialism and post-socialism, biographical and cultural memory, politics of memory and heritage, ageing studies, social history of medicine. Her latest book is Memory Archipelago of the Communist Past: Public Narratives and Personal Recollections.
