Costanza Nardocci

Costanza Nardocci is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Milan, within the Department of Italian and Supranational Public Law. Her teaching covers “Gender Justice” and “Sources of Law and Fundamental Rights in AI,” reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to contemporary constitutional challenges. Her research focuses on minority rights, gender studies, constitutional justice, and the implications of artificial intelligence for equality and human rights. She is the author of more than 100 academic articles and three monographs, including Intelligenza artificiale e discriminazioni. Le sfide dell’intelligenza artificiale (Giappichelli, 2025).
