Claudia Vickers

Claudia Vickers is a synthetic biologist driving innovation at the interface of biology, engineering and sustainability. She runs a metabolic engineering research program at Queensland University of Technology and consults through her company BioBuilt Solutions. She has also worked as CSO in three start-ups. Formerly Director of CSIRO’s Synthetic Biology Future Science Platform, she shapes global strategies for biotechnology, climate solutions and sustainable industries.
