Christian Piel

Christian Piel is Managing Director of RI (Research Instruments), where he jointly leads the company together with Michael Pekeler. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organisation.

He studied accelerator physics at the Technical University of Dortmund and joined RI’s predecessor company ACCEL in 2000. Since then, he has worked in the field of accelerator technology in various technical and leadership roles, contributing to the company’s development before being appointed Managing Director.
