Charlie McGill

Charlie is the CEO of ElectraLith which was named a Top 25 Global Science Start Up by the Falling Walls Foundation in 2024. Charlie began his career investment banking at Morgan Stanley and has been COO and CFO of a range of listed and private companies. He served six years in the US Navy and was appointed Administrative Aide to the Secretary of the Navy in July 2001. Charlie is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and Harvard Business School, and was selected a Top Innovator by the WEF in 2025.
