Dr. Bernd Scheifele is Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Heidelberg Materials AG and PHOENIX Pharma SE and serves as a Senior Advisor for EQT. He was a long-time member of the Supervisory Boards of Holtzbrinck Publishing Group and Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA. As partner at the law firm Gleiss Lutz, Dr. Scheifele was involved in the foundation of PHOENIX Pharmahandel AG & Co. KG, which he led as Chairman of the Management Board from 1994 to 2005. He was Chairman of the Management Board of HeidelbergCement AG from 2005 to 2020.
