Azra Firmansyah

Azra Firmansyah is an industrial designer working at the intersection of assistive technology and inclusive design. He holds a degree in Product Design from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (Yogyakarta, Indonesia). He is developing Svaika, a wearable haptic device that translates sound into tactile sensation for the Deaf community. His work challenges how society understands sound and accessibility, and has been recognised by the UN Office for Partnerships and the Swarovski Foundation.
