Arturo Buzzolan Filastò

Arturo Filastò founded the Open Observatory of Network Interference Foundation (OONI) in 2011 and currently serves as it's Executive Director and CTO. He previously worked for the Tor Project and created free software projects that promote human rights, such as the open source whistleblowing platform GlobaLeaks. He co-founded and serves as the Vice-President of the Hermes Center for Digital Human Rights. Arturo studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Università di Roma “La Sapienza”.
