Ann-Kristin Achleitner

Ann-Kristin Achleitner is Professor of Entrepreneurial Finance at the Technical University of Munich (TUM School of Management) and a TUM Distinguished Affiliated Professor. Her research focuses on venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, with particular emphasis on innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth financing.

She has published extensively on entrepreneurial finance and is actively engaged in bridging academic research and practice. In addition to her academic work, she contributes her expertise to international advisory and supervisory boards, bringing a strong perspective on the intersection of finance, innovation, and policy.
