Andrea Frahm

Andrea Frahm co-leads the Helmholtz Association’s Strategic Unit Security and Resilience Research, overseeing stakeholder engagement and business development. She builds partnerships across science, industry, venture capital and government, drawing on innovation models pioneered by DARPA and MAFAT to advance European security and resilience innovation. As Managing Director of the Helmholtz Israel Office she connects Germany’s innovation ecosystem with Israel and the wider region.
