Ana Koller

Ana is the Head of Research at First Momentum. She holds PhDs in plasma physics and nuclear fusion from LMU Munich and Ghent University. Ana has previously worked as a researcher at institutions like the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics and MIT, and as an engineering lead at Commonwealth Fusion Systems, a spinoff from MIT. At First Momentum, Ana focuses on investing in deep tech and climate tech, while also bridging the gap between academia and entrepreneurship through initiatives like Clueless No More, which helps scientist-founders transition from research to building commercial ventures.
