Ami Moyal

Prof. Ami Moyal is Chair of the Planning and Budgeting Committee of Israel's Council for Higher Education. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across academia, the technology sector and public service, with a focus on research, innovation and international collaboration. He previously served for over a decade as President of Afeka Academic College of Engineering, where he led a strategic transformation toward competency-based engineering education, and earlier held senior high-tech executive roles including CEO of a speech-recognition technology company. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
