Aldo Spahiu

Aldo Spahiu immersed himself in theater from a young age. Born in Tirana, Albania, in 1981, he witnessed the fall of the Iron Curtain and emigrated to Italy with his family. After studying Performing Arts in L’Aquila, he deepened his clown work during the 2009 earthquake emergency camps. Now in Berlin, he works as a circus trainer at CABUWAZI and as a guest artist at the Berliner Ensemble, and directed a theater performance as part of the Academic Freedom Year with the project (“Hidden Research”).
