About female science talents
Our mission is to inspire and empower talented women in science with a strong research background to take their next career step. We support early-career talents in exploring new pathways toward leadership and enhance the global recognition of exceptional talents, while furthering the overarching promotion of women in science.
With the Intensive Track, we provide a year-long support program for 20 exceptionally talented women across all scientific disciplines, guiding them toward significant career breakthroughs. Additionally, to underscore the significance of groundbreaking scientific achievements, our programme collaborates with the Elsevier Foundation to present the annual Women’s Impact Award (formerly named Women Breakthrough Award).
Throughout our formats and at the Falling Walls Science Summit on 7 – 10 November, we invite our dynamic Female Science Talents community to interact with our network of esteemed role models from science and industry.
