Sudip Misra

2020 Finalist Engineering & Technology

Prof. Misra is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI). He received his PhD degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, in Ottawa, Canada. He was also awarded the Canadian Government’s prestigious NSERC Post Doctoral Fellowship and the Humboldt Research Fellowship in Germany. He has been awarded the prestigious Abdul Kalam Technology Innovation National Fellowship. Further, his team received GYTI Award (2018) in the hands of President of India.
