Kristina Lampe

Kristina Lampe is a mechanical engineer (B. Sc. Mechanical Engineering, M. Sc. Technical Production Management) and graduate student in technical didactics at the University of Duisburg-Essen in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Hochschule Ruhr West. She researches teaching and task concepts in technical mechanics with the aim of promoting students' metacognition in problem-solving processes and supporting reflection processes. In addition to teaching, she is actively involved as representative head of the mechanical engineering course for women at Hochschule Ruhr West, which is unique in Germany, in the development, organization and teaching, but also in the marketing. As a young woman with two children, she is a role model for women interested in technology and encourage them to study engineering. She is looking forward to getting to know new women and networks in science.
