Juliet Koss (BA Columbia University, PhD MIT) is the Gabrielle Jungels-Winkler Professor of the History of Architecture & Art at Scripps College in Claremont, California. She has published widely on modern European art and architecture and is the author of Modernism after Wagner (Minnesota Press, 2010) and Model Soviets (MIT, forthcoming). The recipient of fellowships from the Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts in Washington DC, the Getty Research Institute, the Canadian Centre for Architecture, and the Humboldt Foundation, among others, Koss was a Fellow at the American Academy in Berlin in 2009 and, in 2011, the Rudolf Arnheim Visiting Professor at the Humboldt University, Berlin.
