Daniel Mandler

Daniel Mandler is a Professor of Chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He was born in 1958 in Argentina and grew up in Israel. He did his BSc and PhD in Chemistry at the Hebrew University and spent two years at the University of Texas in Austin. In 1990 he joined the Hebrew University as a faculty. His main of interest are nanotechnology, electrochemistry, coatings and thin films, solar energy, energy storage and forensic science. He has supervised more than 60 students and published more than 250 scientific papers. Besides, he likes to paint, hike and serves his community.
