Dilem Kaya

Dilem Kaya is a Master’s student in Digital Health at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute and also contributes to digital transformation initiatives at the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space.

Previously, Dilem worked in the AI Ethics team at SAP, where she supported efforts to make AI more trustworthy and fair.

Before discovering her passion for tech, Dilem was a competitive athlete and teamcaptain, a background that continues to shape her determination, resilience, and belief in the importance of empowering others. She is particularly dedicated to motivating young people, especially women, to pursue careers in the technology sector and to have confidence in their own potential.

Dilem is also actively involved in the European tech community as a Co-Chapter Lead at 2hearts, advocating for greater diversity and representation in innovation and AI.
