- Participants arriving in Berlin on 5 November: It is not permitted to bring your luggage with you to the Intro Event location. Check-in at our partner hotel is possible starting at 3 pm. However, guests are welcome to store their luggage at the hotel prior to check-in.
- Participants attending the Science Summit from 7 – 9 November: Please note that only bags up to A4 size are permitted within the event location (Falling Walls Science House). For your convenience, we kindly request that large backpacks and similar items be left in your hotel or dropped off at coat check upon arrival.
