Leadership Models That Work

The session will be an open conversation about finding your own leadership style, how it evolves, and how experiences with failure, gender bias, power, hierarchy and shared leadership shape the way we lead. We invite the speakers to take an active role in shaping the conversation by bringing their own experiences, perspectives and questions, while the moderator will facilitate an engaging Q&A, allowing the discussion to develop organically around the themes that resonate most with the panel.
