Frontiers Planet Prize: Can Science Save the Planet?

Since 2022, the Frontiers Planet Prize has honoured exceptional researchers whose breakthroughs help sustain healthy lives on a healthy planet, granting three $1 million awards per year. However, despite this essential research, science alone can’t keep us within safe planetary boundaries. This Plenary Table asks how we can inspire action, amplify innovative solutions and mobilise scientists, funders, policymakers and the private sector in a geopolitical climate where inaction often prevails.
