Zixian Jiang

Zixian Jiang is a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). His research focuses on wide-bandgap semiconductors, particularly GaN-based power devices and complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) technology for energy-efficient systems. He has experience in epitaxial growth, semiconductor nanofabrication, atomic layer etching and device characterisation.
