Wolfgang Wick

Wolfgang Wick, M.D., a Professor at the Heidelberg Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University, is the Managing Director of the Department of Neurology at Heidelberg University Hospital and head of a Clinical Cooperation Unit at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). He serves as one scientific director of the Health & Life Science Alliance Heidelberg/Mannheim gGmbH. In addition, he is Chair of the German Science & Humanities Council, the top advisory body for science policy in Germany, a position he has held since February 2023.
