Valerie is the Owner and Managing Director of Valerie Schuster Consulting, where she provides strategy, transformation, growth and operations advisory services for the agrifood and biotech sectors. Valerie has 20 years of experience in agri-food & technology holding roles from strategic advisor to Boards to MD of an international startup (and anything related to building a business from scratch). Her passion lies in using science and tech to feed our growing population in a safe, affordable and nutritious way without destroying our planet. Valerie has a PhD in Economic Ethics and is a startup mentor and investor.
