Thomas Fetzer

Professor Dr. Thomas Fetzer has been President of the University of Mannheim since 2024. A legal scholar holding the chair of Public Law, Regulatory Law and Tax Law, he studied law at Mannheim and Vanderbilt and previously served as the university's Vice President for Strategic Planning, Internationalization and Equal Opportunity.
