Stéphane Duguin

Stéphane Duguin is CEO of the CyberPeace Institute in Geneva, which works to reduce the harm of cyberattacks on vulnerable communities and hold malicious actors to account. He spent two decades analysing weaponised technologies and was previously a senior manager at Europol, helping lead the European Cybercrime Centre and its Innovation Lab.
