Shohya Matsuda is a PhD candidate in the Department of Applied Physics, Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Osaka, Japan. He received his MSc in Engineering from the University of Osaka in 2024. He is currently conducting research at Eindhoven University of Technology. His research interests include the development of flexible neuromorphic devices based on organic electrochemical memories and organic field-effect transistors, aiming to realise biocompatible wearable AI devices for applications in health monitoring and brain–machine interfaces.
