Scott Crowder

Scott Crowder is currently Vice President, IBM Quantum Adoption where he initiated the commercial quantum computing program that has grown to have the largest ecosystem of developers and institutions driving the adoption and advancement of quantum computing. He has testified to US House of Representatives committees on multiple occasions on quantum computing technology and policy implications. Scott received A.B./Sc.B. degrees in Electrical Engineering & International Relations from Brown University and a M.A. in Economics & M.Sc./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
