Rob Harkness is the Chief Technology Officer at Biosero, a BICO company, where he leads the technology strategy and roadmap to align with business goals and industry trends. With over 25 years in laboratory automation and digital transformation, he is passionate about modernising labs, streamlining workflows, and advancing automation to accelerate discovery. Rob holds a BSc in Computer-Aided Chemistry and a PhD in Biochemical Assay Automation Software from the University of Surrey.
