Ricardo Migueis

Ricardo Miguéis is Head of the INESC Brussels HUB, representing the largest Portuguese research and technology institutes. Within the Horizon Europe RIFF project he coordinates the Ukrainian Roadmap for Research Infrastructures. He previously coordinated Portugal's National Roadmap of Research Infrastructures, served as national delegate to ESFRI and chaired its Energy Strategy Group, and was Chief of Staff to Portugal's Secretary of State for Science. He researches the financing and governance of research and technology infrastructures at the University of Porto and Carnegie Mellon.
