Regina Dugan

Dr. Regina E. Dugan is President and CEO of Wellcome Leap, a nonprofit that funds bold, DARPA-style programs to accelerate breakthroughs in human health. She previously led major R&D efforts at Meta and Alphabet (Google) and was the 19th Director of DARPA, the first woman to lead the agency.
