Paula Berton

Dr. Paula Berton is the Manager of Founder and Venture Initiatives at the University of Calgary’s Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking, supporting innovation, startup initiatives, and academic entrepreneurship. With a PhD in chemistry and experience spanning research, entrepreneurship, venture development, and program design, she helps bridge academic insights with impact through experiential learning and founder-focused programming.
