Marten Tossings

After a career as naval officer with a background in electronics and IT, Rear Admiral Maarten Tossings joined the Executive Board of TNO as COO in 2019. TNO is the Dutch organisation for applied scientific research, focusing on security, sustainability, health and digitalisation, with 5,000 staff in 20 locations.
