Jessica Adam

Jessica Adam is the inaugural Director of Research Security at Carleton University. She leads institutional strategies to ensure compliance with research security legislation and funding requirements. Her work supports the research community through training, resources, and strategic guidance that promotes trusted research and proactively addresses risks in international collaborations and commercialization. With over 15 years of experience in senior roles across government and non-profit sectors, Ms. Adam brings deep expertise in security, intelligence, and risk management.
