Jason Swedlow

Jason Swedlow (BA Chemistry, Brandeis; PhD Biophysics, UCSF) is a distinguished researcher with a career spanning academia and industry. He held fellowships at UCSF & Harvard Medical School, established a lab at the University of Dundee, and founded the Open Microscopy Environment & Glencoe Software. He now serves as Senior Director, BioImage Data at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. He has been recognized as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, and Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
